Emulating the layout of clickbump.com

  1. Add the “no-sidebar” category flag to the home page sticky post. This template is designed to have a full width content area on the home page.
  2. Enable the “Latest News” index with a 3 column layout via “ClickBump > Menus > Latest News > Enable“.
  3. Place the “ClickBump: Social” widget into the “Header” sidebar and set it to “Show On > Home“. (Don’t forget to edit the default links to point to your specific social landing pages, twitter.com/your-landing-page, for example)
  4. Set up your slider by placing the widget “ClickBump: Slider” into the “Above Content” sidebar and setting it to load either static content or one of your named categories (I’m using the “Featured” category to flag posts that I want to add to the slider). The slider automatically loads the post snippet text (excerpt) along with the featured image you are using for each post. Set it to “Show On > Home
